Your coach will signpost you to all the tools and resources you require to begin experiencing immediate progress with your priority objectives.

 

This signposting might include workout suggestions, healthy eating advice, resources to help you sleep and information on building resilience and balancing your life.

REFINING YOUR PLAN
Your second coaching call provides you with the opportunity to refine your plan with your coach.  We’ll explore what’s working, what’s challenging and what you’ll do next to maintain progress with your goals.

 

The next 4-weeks are crucial.  This is when you fine-tune your plan.  During this period you have email access to your coach to work through any challenges along the way.

You now have your first coaching call with one of our wellbeing experts.  We’ll discuss your current approach to healthy living, the results of your 360-degree assessment, and explore what good looks like for you.

 

By the end of this call you will have agreed an action plan and will have explored both the practical and strategic dimensions of this plan meaning you’ll be clear not only on what you’ll be doing differently, but also why doing things differently really matters to you.

Following coaching call #1 you’ll put your plan into action supported by regular motivation from us to prevent your objectives dropping down your priority list.

 

You run this plan for 4-weeks.

Your third and final coaching call is the opportunity to consolidate your healthy living plan and make sure its bulletproof forever.

 

Then, because we know life is ever changing, we’ll keep in touch regularly to keep you motivated.

Tonic365 is an 8-week coaching programme. On completion you are fully equipped with everything you need to know and do to experience optimum health, wellbeing and happiness every day of every year.
